Co workers are fun. Some Execs are cool You get to meet CHANEL international make up artist on the beauty educational app and you constantly have new visitors from the company. Education on products is fun and interactive
Cons
The pay rate is low. Stock is low. Very selective on who they allow climbing ranks. You don’t get the opportunity to make that much because so many items are out of stock. Watched 100s of dollars worth in sales walk away due to stock
