Management act as cult leaders and only cares about their own agendas. No coordination between departments ending up meetings after meetings, the work level staff ending up doing the heavy load and direction changes all the time. In a regional role, you will only end up spending time in calls after calls to hopefully align on things with counterparts. A lot of people do not speak what they want (only talk about what their manager wants). The management lead by fear - if you don't agree with them then you are out. Management do not take responsibility and they will blame mistakes on others rather than trying to resolve the issues. Everything decision has to be top down, very little room for creativity. Management have no people development initiatives. Management only know what they don't want, they don't know what they want.
