Cons
Not a company with feedback culture, regardless of whether you solicit it or attempt to provide it professionally. A lot of wheels spinning with no outcome. Over abundance of “collaboration” that leads to no results or too many opinions to make a decision. In stores, you’ll also find the stereotypical environment one would expect from this type of brand (cattiness, talking behind the back, etc). That said, HQ teams are a bit more down to earth. A lot of fear to ever pull triggers because “this is the way it’s always been done”. Caution: careful with working for a privately held employer that has no one to report back to but themselves. Decisions (that actually get made) are usually not the best and cause ripple effects of issues down the road.
