The uniforms are very matronly and uncomfortable during the summer. We cant wear fake lashes even though I know the models for the ads do. If you want to move up within the company expect it to take for ever. You will start as a analyste then if you work your butt off get promoted to counter manager. That is were you really have to prove yourself for at least a couple years. So basically expect at least 5 years in a store before considered for an account coordinator/executive position.
