Poor commission structure does not reflect the committment, drive & focus to sales/client service sales results as goal posts changed to promote Company results proving disincentivising at store level Targets are unrealistic particularly to demographics, store location, proximity of new door openings etc New product / seasonal launches etc ... are not sent to staff to use to wear to promote in store (unlike other presige houses) rather the majority of us bought in store. The alternative was to use pre shift which was not always applicatable due to store regulations and or shift patterns. Base counter manhrs were reduce due to new door opening in the vicinity but targets still calculated on original coverage
