When you work for such a big name, you are nothing but a puppet. You will be ask anything for a very little compensation. Staff sales are only once a year with the ugliest bags and clothes that nobody wants. You can just get one or two. Most of clients are extremely rude and try to test you every days. No promotion, no growth and no pay rise even after 5 or 10 years working. Management will have their favorite employees which usually are the laziest. No wonder many people left and got off sick for mental health issues especially at Selfridges and Harrods location, they are bullies and get away with so much.
