Pros
It used to be the best company in my personal opinion in the luxury industry in Singapore, with great brand name, benefits, as well as leadership. After the region split and the leadership changes, it has lost its charm and the great culture.
Cons
It used to be a very people oriented company with great culture and belief. but after the recent changes in leadership, there is no longer a sense of belonging and care for its people. the benefits have been cut significantly, but that's not the main downside, it is really about the culture, it became really cold and depressing place to work.
