Pros
Carrefour is a well known and big company that provided me with alot of experience and the most important benefit l got is customer service (customer experience) where by helped me gaining alot By know l can handle any customer without my supervisor's presence even if the customer is very rude and higher voice l can make him or her certified with 100%
Cons
The company should at least try its best for the legend staffs example growth in position and giving them grades
