Pros

A good brand to have on your resume. You'll get the chance to see how a Fortune 100 brand builds their marketing. Good pay and benefits. Work life balance is great.

Cons

Blatant sycophant behavior would take place in front of my manager and director during stand-ups. Team members who were on the more genuine side would be quite uncomfortable. Meanwhile, the leaders would either turn their head, or enable them if they felt it was coming from an Associate who was savvy politically or had rising popularity within the department. (What was advantageous for the career climb was more important than substance.) If you're mainly looking to apply yourself creatively or strategically you'll be disappointed. At times, I found that my manager (who was quite patronizing despite demonstrating limited ability) struggled to understand high-level brand concepts. It seemed like most of the department was designed not to build that unconventional 'What's in your Wallet' advertising you see in mass media (that's done by external ad agencies, btw)—but instead, are there simply to maintain the corporate brand's status quo. As a result, there's a lot of hive mind. And deviation from that poses the risk of coming off as threatening to management, who's mind is too far gone from the concept of any sort of individual imagination.

Pros

Great culture, supportive leadership, and meaningful creative work with opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

There can be a learning curve due to the size of the organization and the number of internal tools and processes.

Pros

Environment was good, food was decent, free food at my location (dont know if it was allowed but it was good)

Cons

The rittenhouse location is managed by a tyrant, he is an incredibly toxic man and upper management make it the most unbearable place to work. Andy will ask you to come in on days you're not scheduled, and then hold it over your head if you don't. Talks about employees behind their backs constantly. No respect enforced employees talked about each other all the time and there was even name calling in meetings, management did nothing. Worst place I've ever worked in my life frankly and affected my mental health in the worst way. Glad to be out out of there. The place itself has potential but the management at the Rittenhouse branch and above them is absolutely terrible in every regard.
