Pros
The health benefits, salary and bonus structure are superior to most in the market. The working environment is casual and comfortable. Its conveniently located to the Tollway. There are some very intelligent hardworking people who make the company successful.
Cons
The way the departments are set up, someone has to die before advancement can happen. Or, you must have a close relationshiop with the VP or senior management to advance. Many unqualified people were promoted based on friendships rather than ability to do the job well. The intelligent and hardworking people are the ones carrying the company, but usually with little chance to advance within one department. Associates have a better chance at advancement by leaving the department they currently work for and transferring to another. Some even leave the company to advance and then return at a higher level.
