      Young average age. Friendly environment. Good balance work/personal life

      Cons

      No investment on people training. Consultants learn directly from the clients, when it is possible. People treated as goods to sell at the best price. Managers got it all, no space for meritocracy or rewards for excellent performance.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
