      Pros

      Some missions are interesting. Decent CE.

      Cons

      Lack of training. Terrible project managers (they don´t like to explain stuff, they don´t mentor you, they behave as if you are supposed to know all the tools even though you just joined the team). WAY too much pressure on newcomers.

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
