Pros
The increment is good as compared to other companies in the same sector. Learning part is really good and it all matters up to your relationship with higher ups chilled out environment no one is concerned if you are completing your work in time.
Cons
The communication from higher up is not very transparent. Problem in understanding the hierarchy at times. There are lot of clauses in salary part and one always ends up getting way less in salary than expected
