      It has got good working culture. Work time flexibiity is one of the best thing I found over here. LTE has gt broad scope and pleanty of oppurtunities.

      Cons

      They should revise the compensation and salary policies so that the attretion rate gets reduced .

      Great people, ESOP for bonus, quickly adjusted to WFM during COVID-19, and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below standard, and overseas support for employees is weak, since most of the talent goes to our business.
