Pros
1. Focus towards employee welfare is increasing - steps like modelling compensation to save taxes, free evening snacks etc are being taken up. 2. Initiatives are being taken so that business increases - this also gives more opportunity to the employees
Cons
1. Good performance is not always appreciated (as much as it should be) - process of performance and compensation management needs to be better 2. Some policies are not that employee friendly - though this is slowly changing 3. Average compensation could be a bit better 4. Career progression of employees should be planned better
