Recalling my time working at this company left me feeling restless and uneasy. The outdated manager was a constant source of frutration and disappointment. His leadership style was rigid and inflexible, and he seemed completely out of touch with the needs and concerns of his employees. One of the biggest issues with the manager was his complete disregard for the injustices faced by many of the employees. He was penny-pinching and refused to invest in the necessary resources and tools to help us do our jobs effectively.
