- Promotions are based on who you’re mates with rather than actual competency
- Meaning there’s loads of reallllyyyy rubbish managers, particularly at SC level but shockingly even higher up too
- accounts are run in silos meaning performance on one account doesn’t mean anything on the other in terms of the responsibilities/prospects you’ll have
- Additionally, they’ve kicked off networks to support mental health and write inspirational emails every now and then but whenever anyone goes off sick they are looked down upon and there’s a stigma around it. Three people have quit with stress on projects I’ve been on in the last year.
