- The team is amazing and I love working with them - I get respect and appreciation for the work I contribute - Great work/life balence and respect for personal time

- Digital is going through constant changes making it difficult to focus or perfect an area of work - Leadership has changed hands many times now, multiple reorgs this year and likely to come - Need more resources to work 100% efficiently or effectively - Leveling up has been a constant struggle and they dont make it easy - Wide array of salaries for the same role, no consistant pay structure
