      Linear buildup of departments gives an opportunities to change jobs if you are allowed to do that

      Cons

      Very lob sided view of relationships as well as conflicts with colleagues by other managers Very manipulative management. They can call an ordinary argument a bullying, then threaten you with disciplinary actions then behave almost in the same way without being accountable for it. Same goes to HR who do not react at all or picks a side that is more comfortable for them. Poor training. Management likes to brush off their responsibilities as employees own "incompetence"
