Pros

Big global brand in shipping and logistics

Cons

Company runs like a family cult... everything revolves around the Chairman’s whims. Priorities swing depending on his latest interest. No meritocracy: promotions are reserved for French nationals and long-time insiders Constant reshuffling of senior management; leaders rotate every 12–18 months, leaving no accountability or continuity. People development is non-existent. Staff are seen as cost to cut, not assets to grow Strategy shifts constantly, projects are abandoned mid-way
