Pros
It is a rising IT Consulting firm looking to compete against the big boys. This means more immediate career opportunity than working for firms like Accenture or Booz Allen but it also means the culture suffers a bit from an inferiority complex. If you're looking to grow your career quickly at a reputable firm then CGI might be the right choice.
Cons
The cost cutting culture affects day to day life by sucking some of the fun out of the environment. When compared to non-consulting examples (Google, Microsoft, etc) thing seem drab and boring. It wouldn't hurt to spend a few dollars here and there making the overall day-to-day office life a bit more enjoyable.
