WLB may not be great depending on the team and organisation you're in. Docs and meeting are almost all in chinese. Little to no growth if you choose not to OT, even risk being PIPed. Even with OT and effort in delivering feature, it does not guarantee a good performance review grade. Trading time and health for money if you don't strive to achieve a balance
