Pros

so i have been with bytedance for a couple of years they interview and asked me some easy question and some hard questions. but the manger i had was ok i had to move on did not want to in this company on the side note i worked pretty much in the moutain view office and the santa clara office there was some nice people in santa clara it was kind of a open space the one in santa clara unlike the one in moutain view the was ok it's was pretty deccent i really like to talk to the guy during lunch and night
