Pros
Flat hierarchy, decent compensation and great benefits (insurance coverage, 18 days of leave to start out and a goodie bag for every festive occasion).
Cons
A large number of their staff is based in China and most of them are more comfortable speaking in Mandarin, even documentations are Chinese. Expect communication issues if you are in a global team but are not a Mandarin speaker. Working hours can be long. From what I hear, salary adjustments are minimal, so what you get now might be what you get for the next few years.
