Fast growing company. Challenging job. Can learn a lot. Flat organization. Young culture. Salary is fine if you don't counts the hours.
Cons
No work-life balance. The company expects you to work long hours same in Mainland China. Big NO for people who need to spend time with family. Non-empathetic, result-orientated, harsh management. No one talks/ cares about employee wellbeings, all about fast fast fast.
