- most engineers and product managers are young and creative - a good company culture - top benefits over China - flexible working time
Cons
- flexible working time means you cannot get work-life balance all the time, in a word, you need to devote yourself to the company unless you are a high-level manager here - it's not the Toutiao ever, the olds play office politics, so the youngs are hard to be promoted today :(
