      Flat management, great benefits, challenging environment. Work hard and there are tons of opportunities you get to build a exciting career.

      Cons

      It's fast paced and the company embraces changes and for some it may be hard to keep up with so much going on. It can feel chaotic but you can still maintain work/life balance.
