      You get to meet new people.

      Cons

      Does not give discount or free food. Management only cares about profits & themselves. They'll make you quit before firing you. You get no raises. They have no discounts for customers.

      The customers were great to be with. I love that.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
