      Pros

      Good Salary, lots of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      3M regime has a great concept. While they pay well, moral is low, no value for work life balance. Open floor seating not good for ladies.....men sitting right outside the rest room and know when you go, how often you go and how long you stay

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
