      some managers who actually care about you as a person and will work with you to move forward in the job

      Cons

      upper management (above store) blames everything on crew by putting pressure on store managers - then headlines hit about sales that were blamed on us

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
