      Pros

      I was able to make the necessary changes needed to run my store with the support of my superior.

      Cons

      Going through the ranks to get to General Manager was not ideal. Many General Managers were not true leaders which impacted the stores.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
