      Pros

      There was nothing good about working here, except my crew.

      Cons

      No leadership from upper Management or corporate. Willing to throw you under the bus to save their own jobs. Crappy hours, No acknowledgement when job was done well, only when you messed up. Forced to close ALONE, which is against company policy.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
