      The team was nice, but constantly changing

      Cons

      There wasn't enough effort put in, food was badly made, customers were always unhappy because there was a long wait and employee turnover was awful, little to no training for new employees

      The ownership is very involved and invested. Tbe wages are generous.

      The flip side is: Be prepared to be micromanaged.

      Great owner. Great location. Great customers.

      Cons

      The pay per hour is a average for a server in the area and I don’t get but approximately 8-12 hours a week.
