Pros
Good hours 8am-5/6pm but when its the Holidays you can stay until 8/9pm. Good 401K and insurance
Cons
Low retention rate. Constantly having different people work in packing. Rude people and they can/will start fights on the floor. Lots of work for little pay. Brought in a whole other production line and management still expected us to do the same quality of work along with other responsibilities with no pay increase.
