      You get recognised for your hard work, you get your freedom to use your brain rather than following process... Very good compensation

      Cons

      Hires mostly from Juniper, unfortunately they bring in the lobbying, politics and backstabbing culture... Legacy products, not much of innovations.. ineffecient sales team
