Pros
Has been a great company, currently withholding judgement but having company-wide layoffs approximately 1 month after closing acquisition by Avago sets a tone that doesn't come across well.
Cons
The workload is heavy and sometimes it is self-inflicted by how the business is run. Interaction with global teams could definitely be improved.
