      Work with some very smart engineers. Project management is realistic about scheduling. Compensation package is great.

      Cons

      Very little chance to advance. They tend to keep most engineers in their current roles until they are forced to give them more opportunities .

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
