      Everything is a con no benefits nothing, employees are treated as just resources , they think they can buy everything from you.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
