      Compensation is good, especially if you have stock-- company is clear that working is for making money

      Cons

      Work is work, find happiness elsewhere. Rather than subsidizing benefits company prefers to pay you well & let you handle those things on your own

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
