Pros
Reasonably high pay ranges for most.
Cons
Broadcom came in and ruined VMWare entirely. Customers are being gouged and employees told they aren’t worth anything. CEO is proud to be a difficult person. Even the remaining employees are miserable and anything close to culture is gone.
