Pros
Pay is one of the best in market if you consider RSU. Best company to be a shareholder - not an employee
Cons
1. No job security 2. Work wont interest you 3. Bitter relations with peers because of the fear of losing job if somebody else learns your work 4. Company always in downsizing mode. Difficult for managers to fire good people all the time 5. Upper management is always busy saving their own chairs
