      company RSU program, company benefits, good local management in Prague

      Cons

      Software Engineers pushed to go physically to the office during the worst pandemic situation, although all of employees can fully work from home. No work life balance. No flexible work arrangements.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
