      Pros

      At my Broadcom's branch I got to work with some great and nice people. The job I've done was interesting.

      Cons

      It is a large company, with large company known issues - you are a small part of the machine, so it is not suited for everyone.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
