      From a financial perspective the company an efficient cash machine

      Cons

      From my experience, the employees and the customers are not the priority. Unless the customer happens to be on the chosen list of the top 750 customers (world wide)

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
