      Sydney team has great mentors. For a small team they do a good bit of heavy lifting in the design work. Great place to learn full design flow of a chip.

      Cons

      Work heavily dependent on few customers.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
