Good bonus etc, but work culture changing - IC Design Engineer Broadcom Employee Review

Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.

Company culture is great, stock payout a great bonus

Little upward mobility, not much raises.
