      its a big, reach company that gives good condintions to its eployees. the company is growing all the time so it becomes a stronger company every year

      the fact the the company is so big can deny an employee the chance to work in diffrent fields and lget more knowledge

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
