      1. cut employees' benefit slowly 2. CEO and higher level officers ignore the voice from lower levels 3. tight schedule and endless projects

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
