      - goo technology company - smart co-worker and good performance.

      Cons

      - company benefit reduce every year. especially, RSU. many good engineers move to competitive company because of bad benefit. - don't know how employee respects.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
