Pros
Great place to work for engineers. Opportunities to work on great products with smart people. Thin on other functions but great opportunities for SG&A folks to advance as well. Generally strong leadership team. Blend of small company culture with large company resources. Global footprint.
Cons
Staffing in some areas is thin, and some managers should go back to being engineers. Infrastructure needs to keep up with company growth.
